Sweet Potato Fries with Black Truffle Sea Salt
3 Medium sweet potatoes, cut into thick strips.
1 TSP Black Truffle Sea Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Cumin
1/2 TSP Hungarian Paprika
4 Large garlic cloves, chopped fine
Pinch of Vietnamese Cinnamon
1/2 Cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, drizzle cut sweet potatoes with olive oil, add the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake on middle shelf for 30 minutes, flipping several times to prevent burning and sticking.
