Sweet Potato Fries with Black Truffle Sea Salt

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Medium sweet potatoes, cut into thick strips.

  • 1 TSP Black Truffle Sea Salt

  • 1/4 TSP Ground Cumin

  • 1/2 TSP Hungarian Paprika

  • 4 Large garlic cloves, chopped fine

  • Pinch of Vietnamese Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Cup olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle cut sweet potatoes with olive oil, add the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.

  3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake on middle shelf for 30 minutes, flipping several times to prevent burning and sticking.
