  • New Mexico Green Chili Powder is a perfect flavor for TexMex dishes as well as for Southwest style foods, Cajun and South American dishes. New Mexico Chili Powder has between 1,500 and 2,000 heat units which makes it a rather mild heat, however it is very flavorful with earthy hints and a slight tone of dried cherry.

  • Aleppo Pepper is similar to paprika, yet coarser and moderately spicy, adding a little heat. This pepper is good in chili, grilled chicken, steaks, and pork. It's great to sprinkle on potatoes, tuna, or just a plain dinner salad.
