Korintje cinnamon comes from Indonesia, and can sometimes be referred to as ‘baker’s cinnamon’. It’s the most common type of cinnamon found in North America. More perfumed and pungent than Ceylon Cinnamon, use these sticks to mull cider or wine, add to stewed fruit or pickles, or infuse curries, tagines, or chilies with a delicate warmth and sweetness.
