Poppy-Seed Pork Tenderloin



1 TBSP Oil 
1 TSP Hungarian Sweet Paprika
1 TSP Poppy Seeds
1/2 TSP Vietnamese Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
1/4 TSP Black Pepper
1 Pork tenderloin (12-14 oz)
1/2 Cup fresh dill
1/4 Cup fresh flat leaf parsley


1. Heat oven to 425°
2. Combine the first six ingredients and rub all over Pork
3. Roast Pork tenderloin about 20 minutes till 135° for medium
4. While pork roasts chop dill and parsley
5. When it has cooked, roll in the juices in the pan and then sprinkle the fresh herbs over it while it rests for 5 minutes before slicing
