Orzo with Smoked Tomato Vinaigrette
1 lb Cherry tomatoes
Dash of Maldon Sea Salt
1 lb Lemon Garlic Orzo
1/2 Cup slivered fresh basil
2 TBSP Cider vinegar
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 TBSP Granulated Honey
1-1/2 TBSP Smoked Tomato Blend
Dash of freshly ground Black Tellicherry Pepper
1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet cook the tomatoes over high heat about 10 minutes until they are slightly charred.
Bring salt water to a boil and cook the orzo according to the package directions.
Combine the basil, vinegar, olive oil, honey, pepper and Smoked Tomato and whisk until blended.
Pour the vinaigrette over the orzo and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese to serve.
