A classic blend, this spice mix works great in Louisiana style dishes, on chicken, seafood, pork, shrimp, and burgers. To "blacken" meat or seafood, heat butter in heavy sauté pan to nearly smoking, then sear meat in pan, turning once, until done.

Use For:

  • blacken shrimp, fish, chicken, steak, hamburgers

  • add to gumbo, jambalaya, or any recipe calling for Cajun blend

  • add a kick of flavor to cream-based pasta or rice dishes

Ingredients: Paprika, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, onion, celery seed, bell pepper, thyme, cinnamon, white pepper, coriander, oregano, fennel, cayenne, and parsley.
