There are many varieties of Creole seasoning, and our version is blended from coarse cut spices making it a nice choice for gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, or even as a rub on seafood. Use this seasoning for all your Cajun cooking, to add flavor to crab cakes, or to saute shrimp. Brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle seasoning on fish and grill or bake.

Ingredients: Garlic, onion, green and red peppers, chilies, celery, spices and sea salt.
