This unique salt-free seasoning can be added to homemade soups, stews and sauces. Use 1 Tbsp per 1 qt. of stock, or to taste. Excellent when blended with butter or olive oil and spread on baked bread, or tossed with cooked vegetables.
Ingredients: Thyme, parsley, chervil, basil, marjoram, celery, summer savory, rosemary, and lemon zest.
Use our Adobo blend as a dry or wet-rub on chicken, pork, or steak for fajitas and other Mexican cooking. It is a great seasoning for black bean soup, and burrito/enchilada sauce. It can also be used in salsa or guacamole to add mild heat and great Mexican flavor.
