Heavy on the garlic, but oh-so-good! This blend is named after my ever-so-fussy daughter, Madison - it was just about the only thing she would eat at age 5. She still loves it today, sprinkled over lightly oiled or buttered pasta noodles. Throw in some vegetables, chicken, or shrimp for the adult version of this meal. It's also good for bread dipping when mixed with olive oil.
Ingredients: Garlic, salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, and marjoram.
