Our Peppered Rosemary is a delicious rub for lamb as well as pork chops or tenderloin. Brush meat with olive oil and apply seasoning before grilling or searing. For pork tenderloin: cut into 1” medallions, sprinkle with ground green pepper and Peppered Rosemary, sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
Remove pork from pan, add cream and cook until reduced; serve over pork.
