Corned Beef Spice Rub - Salt-Free


This rub is the second step in making mouthwatering Corned Beef! Remove Brisket from brine. Rinse well and pat dry. Rub well with contents of package. Place in slow cooker, fat side up, on a bed of sliced sweet onions. Add 1 can (14.5 oz) stout. Cook on low for about 7 hours. Remove brisket and reserve. Strain liquid and use to steam vegetables.

Ingredients: Yellow mustard, onion, celery, garlic, allspice, black pepper, and orange zest.
