Grains of Paradise, also known as Melegueta pepper, is used in many west African spice blends, including Ras el Hanout. In the west, we use it in the same way as peppercorns, grinding them right before use. Add to a pepper blend, or try it in our warm and sweet Pepper in Paradise grinder blend.
