Savory Raspberry Chipotle Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
· 1 & 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened
· 2 large eggs
· 1 ounce raspberry extract
· 1 ounce/package Raspberry Chipotle blend
· 1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper Powder
· Butter cracker crumbs
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray 6" springform pan with baking spray.
2. Press a thin layer of butter cracker crumbs into bottom of pan.
3. Refrigerate.
4. Blend cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
5. Add extract, seasonings, and powder and mix thoroughly.
6. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
7. Let cool; serve at room temp.
Serves approximately 20.
