The perfect balance of Greek herbs like oregano, thyme, and rosemary are balanced by the fresh flavor of Parmesan cheese. This versatile blend can be used for everything from meat or vegetable rubs to dips and dressings.
Use for:
Lamb, poultry, beef, and fish
Summer vegetables like zucchini, salad greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers
Salad dressing: mix 2 Tbsp with 1/3 cup red wine vinegar and 2/3 cup olive oil
Tzatziki dip: mix 2 Tbsp with 8oz plain greek yogurt, diced cucumber, and grated onion and garlic
Brush pita or flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with blend before broiling for 3-4 minutes
